Reception
Here you’ll find the friendly faces of our reception crew. They can help you with:
- Check-in & Check-out
- Information point (ask us about tours, activities or restaurants)
- Book beach shuttles, surf lessons or rent a surfboard
- Reserve a shuttle or trustworthy taxi to other locations in the country, whether it be Leon, Managua or the border to Costa Rica
- Blackboard with interesting events & tours in SJDS
If you have any questions about your stay, our events, town or literally anything else, come see us at reception. We’re happy to help you out!
Common area
The common area of the hostel is located on the first floor. The open space welcomes you with some amazing features:

Read a book in silence, soak up the sun in our comfy loungers, or get social and cook up a feast with your new travel friends!
Bar
Our bar is located next to the pool. It’s open from 5 pm Thursdays through Saturdays – on Sundays it opens at 10 am for Sunday Funday Pool Crawl.
The bar menu offers a mix between classics like beer, hard seltzers and rum drinks as well as yummy cocktails like Margarita, Mojito and Daiquiri. We make sure there is something available for every taste.
With varying drinks specials and Happy Hours, we cater to our money-conscious guests – we have menu items, that fit every budget.
